Miss World US Virgin Islands 2019 Crowned


A’Yana Phillips, 24, from St. Thomas has been crowned Miss World US Virgin Islands 2019 at the grand finale held on Sunday 6 October under the theme 'Purpose Like Never Before Seen'.


The legal assistant and a former business administration student at the H Lavity Stoutt Community College will now enjoy a year of appearances in her new role and will represent the US Virgin Islands along with 130 contestants from around the world at the three-week festival and 69th Miss World Final in London.

The highly anticipated Miss World final show will be broadcast globally to over 150 countries, where global fans can watch reigning Miss World, Vanessa Ponce de León, pass the crown to the 69th Miss World.
